If we recover nothing, then you do not receive a bill (not even for money spent out of their pocket pursuing your case). When working on a contingency fee, we will only get paid if we “win” your case. We will only take your case if we have confidence we will be successful. Sometimes during a free consultation, we will explain that we can’t take on a case on a contingency fee basis. In those circumstances, we may discuss other ways we can be hired to assist you.
